If the average temperature is between 55-80° year-round climate-controlled storage is generally not required. If it does not, climate-controlled storage should be considered when storing certain items, such as important documentation, artwork, certain furniture, etc.

Once your reservation is approved, you’ll receive all the details needed for a successful move-in via email, including the exact listing address. Note that some commercial locations will automatically display the listing address prior to approval.

From there, all that’s left to do is to schedule a move-in time. You can refer to your host’s move-in calendar (if available) or reach out to the host at your convenience via Neighbor’s in-platform messaging system: Neighbor Messages. Here, you can set a date and time that works for your schedule.
