This is the second summer we've rented a unit and they make it so easy. Scott, the property manager, was extremely helpful when I accidentally rented a second unit - he adjusted my account and was very friendly. The location is clean, safe and easy to access.

I've been doing business here for a little over a year now, and I'm quite happy with this location. The manager, Sandra, is the nicest person, she has been so helpful to me when I have a question or need a hand. This is a really safe and secure location. I have an exterior unit with a roll up door and a really high ceiling with ample lighting and a fire sprinkler. My unit stays clean and dry, also the driveways around the facility are well angled and pitched to direct water in to the storm drains. The facility has security cameras and is patrolled. They have a super clean bathroom here as well. You can use either the gate keypad or the App to get in. Everything I need is right here!

Outstanding customer service: Booking the storage unit online was very easy. After completing my transaction, I received the follow up call and emails with additional instructions. As well as when I got to the facility, Fred (the associate on duty) walked us to our unit and make sure we understood where everything was in the location of our unit. Very friendly and polite.

Came in to Roosevelt location to get a small unit for some extra space at home. The manager, Tammy, was absolutely wonderful in helping me with everything! From walk in to move in, Tammy was there to help every step of the way. The unit was clean and ready for me to use. The overall feel is relaxing and safe. I don’t worry about my belongings. I know Tammy is taking care of it.
