Even if oversized vehicles aren’t specifically prohibited, certain height restrictions may prevent you from parking an oversized vehicle, like a delivery van, in a commercial parking garage or private residential garage. If the garage’s height restrictions aren’t posted in the “About this space” section of the listing, you can contact your host via our in-platform messaging system for more information.

Once you select a space and submit a reservation request, a preauthorization hold will be placed on the funds in your account until the reservation is approved. Once approved, your card will be charged immediately. Thereafter, you’ll be charged on the first day of each successive monthly rental period. Most reservations are renewed on the same day each month (E.g., if a reservation started on the fifth day of the month, you’ll be charged on the fifth day of each successive month). Once your reservation is approved, you’ll receive all the details needed for a successful move-in via email, including the exact listing address. Note that some commercial locations will automatically display the listing address prior to approval.
